Retired Dude Bicycle Tour Around The Lower Forty Eight United States

In the spring of 2022, I, a 62-year-old retired dude, embarked on a bicycle tour around the lower forty eight United States. I had been planning this trip for years, and I was finally ready to make my dream a reality.

I started my tour in Portland, Maine, and rode west across the country. I crossed the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, the Sierra Nevada in California, and the Cascade Mountains in Oregon. I visited some of the most iconic landmarks in the country, including the Statue of Liberty, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Grand Canyon.

I met a lot of interesting people along the way, and I learned a lot about myself. I learned that I am more capable than I thought I was. I learned that I can handle anything that life throws my way. And I learned that the world is a beautiful place.
